We developed 'Roadmaps': From small packages, through Less Than Truckload (LTL) to volume shipping activities, we are able to spot inconsistencies in pricing, expenses, shipping patterns and the need to find out where damaging behavior is manifesting. These ‘Roadmaps’ guide us to which subsequent reports are needed for each Client’s specific transportation expense model.
Optimum for cost savings: Our ‘Roadmaps’ present an entire corporation’s freight expenses, from LTL to TL to TOFC, on an easily understood one-page report. The ‘Roadmap’ highlights potential improvement areas and allows us to apply proprietary Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques -- supporting 90-million variations -- to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): The RCA is a quality improvement data analysis methodology that identifies the major contributing factors to an observed behavior. We have applied this proven methodology to identify expenses that are out-of-line with expected results and observations from the Roadmap.

Mode Management Expense Evaluation (MMEE): MMEE, breaks down each mode by number of shipments, weight, average weight, amount paid, average shipment cost and average C/CWT. These are used for comparison purposes to evaluate if the reports represent higher or lower results for each mode.
Carrier Performance (CP): In the CP report you will find the number of shipments, weight, average weight, amount paid, average shipment cost and average C/CWT for each carrier.
Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) studies: An EOQ study is one of our premier offerings facilitated by our innovative drill-down & filtering toolset. It is a method of identifying where unnecessary freight expense is incurred by "paying for air" to meet the next minimum weight factor on class rates.
Cost by CWT' (C/CWT) Expense: The display of C/CWT allows an interpretation of an actual transportation rates per hundred pounds to be compared to the tariff rates themselves.
Small Package Analyses: Our Roadmaps identify when this mode is utilized incorrectly. Planned enhancements will support additional opportunities such as late delivery refunds and multiple client negotiation strategies.
